Love the doctor, he's amazing! The staff... I needed an approval from my insurance first before getting something. I called 2 weeks after my appointment to see if it had been approved, she said nothing yet. I call back 1.5weeks later to find out what is taking so long... the lady tells me I HAVE to call my insurance to get it approved.. I said "ehh no ur the provider...." now she's telling me I have to wait ANOTHER 15 days to get it approved.... not happy.
