I've been using Les Schwab since I owned my first vehicle in 1994. I've always received good service and good value. As a whole I like them. This particular store has one major negative; slower than molasses in December. Today I called them at 3:45 to determine how long it would take to get four tires. I was told half an hour. I was at the store at 3:50. I left the store at almost 5:30. The store was not busy. They had two open bays during the majority of the time I was there. Back in February I needed a new battery and needed it done quickly. Again I was told 30 minutes and again it took well over an hour. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or a competency issue. Putting on new tires and installing a new battery are not complex transactions. This store needs an efficiency upgrade. If time is not an issue this store is fine. If you don't have an hour or more to kill I'd go elsewhere.
