Zero stars. Ridiculous. Told to wait for 45 minutes for my fill. Came back an hour later to be told that one out of three are ready. One would be filled “soon” and one was out of stock.
I was out of medication for 2 weeks while they kept saying they were out of stock.
One evening I was trying to call them and waited while the phone rang 20 times, then I heard the line get picked up and put right back on hold again.
I then decided to transfer all of them to Walgreens. Walgreens transferred my prescription and had it filled in 30 minutes.
I went back to walmart to retrieve my paper prescription so I could bring it to Walgreens.
When I asked, I waited while they searched for the Rx. Then somehow magically they found out they actually did have enough. I am still sitting here waiting for them to do whatever. I have been waiting long enough tonight that I could have gotten it from Walgreens faster.
When a person’s file shows they have been overdue for a refill for weeks, one would think there would be some attention paid to the customer. Just ridiculous.
I miss my sams club pharmacy team. They have known me for 15 years.
