Just tried to set up an appointment to have Perma Dry come out to do a drain system in a basement that is going to be remodeled and the person on the phone told me, unless there is water present that they won't come out. I insisted that we need a drainage system that will prophylactically take care of the basement before we finish it and she didn't seem interested. I bet the next waterproofing contractor I call comes out and probably gets the 10k job.
