Brought in a spare tire that would no longer hold pressure. Another national tire shop claimed the tire was bad and couldn't be repaired (it had zero miles on it, has always been a spare). Tried to sell me a new tire, to the tune of $196! The guys at Les Schwab looked at it, found a bit of corrosion on the wheel, cleaned it off, remounted the tire and fixed the problem. At no charge! Now that's customer service.

Josef's excellent service all they have to fix is the waiting time, and having a person who speaks different languages and whether they would have more customers.
