Quality Sewing & Vacuum

Actually, the person that I worked with on my last visit was very good, knowledgeable and helpful. This is not the case for everyone there. Some of the employees are not friendly, they don't smile, nor do they even acknowledge you with eye contact or with a quick smile when you enter the store. I'm not sure why that is. I also have to say, that I noticed over the last year or so, new employees that I have not seen before were hired or placed in this S. H. store and I feel that maybe that is why my last couple of visits there have improved and I felt welcomed . It seems like the newer employees have a better customer service, and retail skills.
