Frank is an excellent mechanic, honest, and fair. For over 20 years Frank has fixed every problem I have taken to him. I found Frank after four other shops couldn't find or fix a broken radiator cap. I paid a lot of money to those other mechanics, and $20 to Frank to replace the cap.
