Bought a new tractor with several implements that almost doubled the price of the tractor itself. A very knowledgeable salesperson gladly demonstarted the products (we were looking at two different models) for us 3 times before we made the decision to purchase. He took the time to answer a variety of questions and we never felt pressured.
Had it delivered, and at that time, once again had how to attach and detach all the implements we purchased demonstrated for us again. Unfortunately, a simple inexpensive hydraulic connector was defective and we could not use the loader until this was replaced.
Within two business days the sale rep was at our home (50 mile round trip) and replaced the connector and installed and took off implements a couple of times to make absolutely sure everything was working correctly. Very professional and courteous and apologetic the entire time.
We are very - extremely- happy with the John Deere and Pape. I would hope others are lucky enough to get David as their salesman, as he still delivers good old fashioned sales and service.
I rated this experience as a four instead of a five for only one reason: we simply have not owned the product long enough to give it a five. But if the sales and service continues along as we have experienced I will change it up to a five. Happy I went GREEN!
