You will want to seriously reconsider ever using this joke of a shipping company. First off, they were 11 days late delivering my vehicle because their truck broke down. Fine, I can understand that life happens. However, the issue lies in the fact that neither the driver nor the company dispatch EVER made a single effort to even contact me that there was an issue! I needed to rent a car and didn't even know where in America my new vehicle was located because they were near impossible to contact. Absolutely absurd. And then to add to the madness, when I finally get a hold of them, the truck is broken down AGAIN in another city! This goes to show you the company likes to cut corners to save on cost with cheap trucks.
The driver, Vitalae, was certainly nice enough when he dropped the vehicle off but for God's sake man, answer your phone and give your client a heads up that you will be late! The dispatcher, Vlad, was flat out rude and sounded like he didn't care about his job at all. He'd promise me he'd call me with an update and, of course, never did.
The one redeeming factor, I suppose, is that the car was delivered in expected condition. However, you'd think I'd be entitled to some kind of a refund for the mess I was put through. "$100 off". Are you kidding me!?? That won't even cover the gas for my car rental! Terrible.
Oh, and to give you an idea of how these crooks operate, just look at the "5 star" google post by Sergey Kozhevnikov. Guess what, he either works for or has worked for Pacific Auto Dealers in the past. (Go ahead and check Facebook yourself). Talk about a conflict of interest. You can't give your own company a 5 star rating...
These guys are sleezy and apparently have no consideration for customer service. The broker I found them through will no longer be using them and neither will the dealership. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB in hopes that NO ONE will fall for their foolishness again.
