One Stop Fine Dry Cleaners

Brought a jacket in for very minor alteration...something that should have taken 15 minutes at most. The alterations person was ill but said she could get it done in a few days at most. Well, after 10+ days she finally tells me (and I had to continually call) that she is too sick to do it to just come back and get jacket. What kind of service is this? BAD. I will NEVER go back there. I do not know how places like this stay in business! Shameful.
