Hampton Inn & Suites Olympia Lacey

The best place we stayed on our whole trip. From the moment they answer the phone until we drove off the property 4 days later their staff was upbeat attentive professional and raise the bar for every other establishment we stayed out for the rest of the trip. If you were going to pick a location to show off the values of Hampton Inn & Suites this is a model location. You can tell it started with the management that did an incredible job of leading their team. Customer-centric! I can't wait to go back to Olympia and stay there again. Love the pool. The facilities were awesome. The breakfast staff on point and I'm super friendly. I felt like I was having breakfast at my grandma's house. I can't think of a better compliment to pay them. Keep up the great work
