NY Nail Bar - Woodinville WA

My friend purchased me a groupon the gel polish with paraffin wax to congratulate me on my new job. I went in this morning and was quickly seated the atmosphere was amazing, I was ready to enjoy my day off. I made my appointment two weeks ago and made a point to add acrylic but I would pay the difference. They normally do not do that but the receptionist said she would make an Exception. The person who did my nails never gave me her name and spent the first 10 minutes getting up and down to yell at someone on her phone. I then, began choosing my color. She made rude comments about not being able to makeup my mind. She filed my nails and made me bleed on not 1 not 2 but 5 out of 10 fingers. When I chose a color she said she did Not have it and that she had one similar. The one she chose to replace it was slightly similar but could have used another coat. She slapped the top coat on and said ok your done. I KNOW my gift was for a wax. I grabbed my stuff and left after paying the difference, I will also get the polish fixed at my normal salon. Customer service was poor. I left with 5 bloody fingers and the polish that I didn’t want. I highly suggest you go somewhere else.
