Extremely inconsistent quality. The 1st time Kevin, owner’s brother, applied the SNS, he did a great job! Smooth and thin. He said if I paid cash I got a discount. The next time his SNS application was thick & lumpy then he charged me more and wanted me to pay in cash. I thought I’d try a 3rd time just in case my 2nd experience was an anomaly. I had an appointment with Kevin. I walk into chaos. He has me sit down, comes over, files the top of my nails then has me soak my nails for 40 minutes! He kept coming back over & over saying “just a few more minutes.” He was polishing a lady’s nails and jumping up & down talking to the 2 newer pedicure employees about something. Then when he finally sat down to take of me he kept saying how he is very good at SNS and they always look beautiful. My nails look awful! When I went to pay he said, “I’ll only charge you $35 cash today.” I gave him $40. He put the full amount in the cash register, assumed a tip, and walked off quickly! Kevin came highly recommended by a friend who has seen him for some time. She said his quality becoming inconsistent. Don’t waste your time at this place.
