Dr. Kruetz and his staff are phenomenal! As soon as you step through the door you are greeted by Kathleen who is always so welcoming and helpful. She is defintely the kindest receptionist I have ever come across. Even the headache that comes with dealing with insurance and billing, is made so much better because you get to talk to one of the funniest people, their billing specialist, Kelly. Prior to visiting Mukilteo Chiropractic I had unbearable back pain that I thought I would have to endure for the rest of my life. Dr. Kruetz is incredibly knowledgeable and explained to me the exact reasons why I was feeling this way. He reassured me that with weekly adjustments and massages I would slowly but surely start to feel relief. He always says that he doesn't fix you, he helps you heal. And I whole heartdly believe in that. After going here 3-4 times a week for about 3.5 months,my back has felt better than it has in the last 3 years. And it is all due to the amazing healing hands of Willow,Lisa and Dr.K! I am forever thankful for these great and kind people.
