I took a silk comforter that was bought in China in years ago for dry cleaning. The care label on the comforter cover is entirely in Chinese. The staff lady helping me apparently reads Chinese, because she advised me that the said cover was not to be dry cleaned, only hand washed in warm water, which I could do myself. I consider this customer service to be outstanding and I intend to use them in the future.
