Agree on the worst business ever. They are very nice when you are signing up but horribly difficult to get in contact with if you ever have an issue. They have a 24 hour call back line so you never talk to the person you are trying to reach right away. They call you when it is convenient for them. We had an issue with our alarm which caused a long game of phone tag (they did call back) and couldn't get the service call set. Our schedule is four kids and two full time jobs so we need someone who can be flexible. Needless to say, we tried to just cancel our service since we are paying and it isn't working. When I went to cancel, the owner yelled at me on the phone how he has never had ANYONE ever cancel on them in 30+ years of being in business. He also said no one in his history has ever had issue getting in touch with them. I just cannot believe that, I am not that special.
He asked if I would pay the balance of the bill, for which the alarm has not worked, and I told him I would pay whatever is due but I would like my husband to review the contract.
I am blown away that someone like this can survive in a small community. I grew up in a small family run business and we certainly would not have been successful if we didn't have customer service or even respect for others. Horrible experience.
