ABRA is lucky we aren't filling a lawsuit. They gave us a car back, that wasn't fixed. My husband had to drive a car to seattle everyday, that was given back to us with the air bag lights still on, and both front seats were broken. Yes I mean the rails under the seat were twisted and bent. You could feel something was off when you sat in it, and they no longer moved/reclined. He had to drive this UNSAFE car for a week before the dealership could see us. When we brought the car back to them the man treated my husband like he had no clue what he was talking about. (He sits in the car for 3 hours a day, pretty sure he knows how they are supposed to feel.) I can't believe how rude he was to him. He then proceed to tell us he could take it back and have the air bag guys come look at it, but chances are it wouldn't be part of the claim and we would have to pay for it. So, we took the car to the Olympia Mazda dealership (they were amazing, so nice and fixed our car right). We will never go here again. ABRA was recommended to us by the insurance company that was paying for the damage. Well now we know why. Because ABRA gives you a partially fixed car to save on money. Oh and they also told us they would "keep us updated". Not once did we hear from them while they had our car for two weeks. We had to call them to see if the insurance was going to repair it. P.S. this has nothing to do with the rating. The man that looked over our car and treated us bad, I think he is the lead in the office, wreaked of WAY to much cologne. This guy had to be in his mid-late 50's, and he was trying to smell like he was 16. I could smell this guy when he was 15-20 ft away from me, looking at our car. Anyway, don't go there. They don't do their job.
