Worst customer service ever. I'm an out of towner and needed to get my prescription filled. They didn't carry the particular medication in stock so it had to be special ordered. I figured an extra day wait without my cortisteroid inhaler would be okay because I would be picking it up next day. WRONG. Make a long story short there wasn't enough follow through on ordering next day's prescription orders and my prescription did not show up--not because "there's no guarantee it would be on the order" like the pharmacy personnel told me but because their lack of responsibility. Because of their negligence I now have to find a place that carries it (on short notice) and wait (not a lot of pharmacies have this medication) or worst have to make a trip to the ER. Which cost money! Money that you shouldn't have to shell out because people cannot perform their basic job function(s). This is completely unacceptable. I hope no customers have to go through with this sort of BS because it is very very frustrating. You cannot gamble with people's lives. I would never recommend Savon pharmacy to any of my friends or family members.
