Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I will not be picking up from here again. The customer service has typically been good to great, but not the last two times. We do not get to eat out often, as we have two very small children; and like to be respectful to others having a night out. So, when we go to Costco, half the time we swing by Red Robin on our way home. We wait 30+ minutes between placing our order and pickup. We called the curbside to go number, and we were told that someone would be right with us, and placed on hold. One of the children is a 5 month old, and doesn't care for the car unless it is moving. We sat on hold patiently for 8 minutes. I hung up and called again; only to be placed on hold for 7 more minutes. I then called a 3rd time, and told them to cancel my order. And, we went home. We will not be using the curbside service again. I did contact the management and spoke with a pleasant woman who was the manager. We didn't want to just anonymously post, but rather at least provide a chance to understand our dissatisfaction. The manager I spoke to was polite, kind, and empathetic; for this reason alone, I will select 2 stars instead of 1. A burger is only good if it can be enjoyed.
