They don't honor O'Reilly's "low price guarantee." Several times I have gone in to compare prices to other stores and each time I mention it is cheaper elsewhere, they don't say another word. It appears they are too lazy to follow the process in order to keep the sale. Covington and all other O'Reillys I've been to don't hesitate. Employees in Maple Valley are more engrossed in their side conversations than helping customers.
