Upon first calling they were friendly but after leaving the dentist everything turned into a nightmare. They told me my visit would be free per my insurance. They sent me a bill two weeks later. I got the run around for 2 and a half months. I tried calling Alicia the billing "specialist" but she never returned one of my calls. I had to call over 8 times to to finally get an answer but just settled because this is the WORST place ever. Out of the 8 calls I asked for a call back every time. Not once did she ever call me back. If I could rate this place with negative stars I would but even google makes me be way to generous. If you like the run around and getting errant billing this is the place for you.
