SA Kitesurf Adventures

I crossed paths with these guys in South Africa and again in Central Oregon. Comparing them to other kite outfitters, SA gives you way more bang for your buck by getting you under a kite as soon as safely possible. While other shops will rack up their bill/time by endless step-by-step, textbook-style, repetitive beach instruction, SA's location lets you practice in a safe, shallow, low traffic area of water the moment you've demonstrated/proven knowledge of the basics. This lets you quickly build on your beach skills while advancing to body-drags and eventually standing. Ultimately you can be up and at it within two sessions and at half the cost of other companies. On top of all that, these guys are passionate about what they do and make for great company. Hanging out in the shop after my session was almost equally enjoyable to the lesson. Great outfit, great locations, and awesome staff. Can't wait to go back! Cheers guys!
