If my carpets are soaked with sewage and you charge me more for labor why do you throw the old carpets in the back of a dryvan filled with the dehumidifiers and blowers you will be taking to your next job. Two stars because employees were polite. 5k to suck water out of carpets, pull 500 sq ft of carpet, set dehumidifiers and run test. Have them clean your carpets and call a real contractor.
