They work hard to help others get fit and feel good about themselves encouraging eachother to make room for family fun and exercise during a busy week with a hard workout or a casual swim. Recommend water aerobics to everybody! Great classes and plenty to choose from. Huge variety of equipment and nice weight lift room.
