Kohl's Covington

Meh!! Nothing special about this place and it's kind of like a Ross. You can't really expect to go in to grab what you are looking for and come out. You go in and get lucky if you find something to come out with. I bought my daughter a pair of shoes and they didnt fit. I threw away the tags and reciept because they were her size. Apparently they ran small so I brought them back and I even pulled up my bank account statement with the charge on it and they didn't even offer me a return. They said if I found the same shoe I could get a credit. The shoes were gone so I was out of luck.
