I would like to write a glowing review but clearly Dr. Chabal and his office don't truly care about managing pain. My husband doesn't need opioids he needs Botox for an extremely painful diagnosis. It took months to transfer our information over before they would even schedule an appointment. Finally they got all the documentation/preapprovals they need and then said they could schedule us an actual appointment, six weeks LATER, oh and it was just to say Hi as they had to schedule a second appointment to do the actual procedure. FINE. We got past that 4 month wait to get a Botox shot for the pain, fine. I figured that would be the end of the waiting game but unfortunately it wasn't. Six weeks before his appointment my husband called to make sure everything was still a go. They hadn't gotten the pre authorization yet but they still had six weeks. Two weeks later still not approved (I don't think they ever submitted it). Next excuse was that the doctor didn't do injections on Mondays anymore so they had to cancel my husbands 2/12 appointment and rebook it when they got the approval. Are you serious? We had it confirmed for 3 months!!!! You tell us it only takes 14 days at most to get pre-approval so why wasn't it done? They won't set a new date until it approved. They had 3 MONTHS to get this together. Now he has no appointment and they said they will put him on a waitlist. He is in terrible pain!! Do you really care? You don't call us back. We have to continually call you to see what's going on and finally today you booked an appointment for the end of March and only because I'm angry calling AND you STILL haven't gotten the authorization? Evergreen hospital cares about your pain? Dr. Chabal cares about your pain? REALLY?!! I see no evidence that you care AT ALL.
