Tonight was everything-Adam-loves tasting menu, done really well, with excellent service. Asparagus on a reggiano parmegiano mousse, Muscovy duck breast, risotto with English peas and an egg yolk. All so good. Desserts are usually decent, but tonight's was particularly good.
