NO KING'S TRANSMISSION NO MORE!! In July of 2014, I took my car in to Kings transmission (the one in Kent) because my car began randomly shutting off while I was driving it! I didn't know what it was so I took it to the shop and they ran a diagnostic. They came back and told me that A component in the fuel tank went out so I agreed to let them fix it assuming that would solve the problem like they told me it would, two days later car shuts off while I'm driving again and after spending over $300 to get this dangerous problem corrected, I took it back up there and they told me that they didn't know what was causing that because when they diagnosed my car, it was running fine and in order for them to know exactly what it is, my car has to be not running at all to leave it at the shop and they would find out what the problem is and they have not done that because my car is still shutting off while I'm driving. That is dangerous and Kings transmission in Kent let me down.. I was once a loyal customer but after this I will not be back because I feel like I got ripped off and my car is still not fixed but they got PAID over $300 to do so. Stay away!
