This place has no protocol. I went to return items because my client wanted to switch finishes, meaning I needed to immediately buy the new material right? Going through the return process I warned them 3 times, even calling ahead, that my return would be over $500 in cash, they say "no problem". Get there, they process the transaction, check the safe, and there is no money! No problem right? Just reverse the transaction right? Nope, Angelo the manager tells me it is irreversible, the most they can do is send me a check via corporate, which takes 1-2 weeks. I suggested I come back later in the day when there is actually money available, didn't seem like a good idea to Angelo. Fought for 5 mins telling them this seems very unreasonable and highly unprofessional to no avail. Called corporate, and she promises to return my call with information to take care of the problem, still no call a week later. I warn every insect, animal, and mammal that lurks near this part of town to steer clear, or they WILL KILL YOU, you just won't know till it happens and by then, you will be getting your phone out and pushing back everything on your schedule thanks to these assholes.
