Car Wash

Three stars for value vs amount of panhandlers. Washed my car and vacuumed it for five bucks (six tokens). You can buy tokens with a card if you forget your cash, so they got that going for them. Yes it's old. Yes it seems a little sketch. If you can get over people creeping up behind you and asking for change, it is cheaper than Brown Bear. Vacuums were strong. Everything else was standard. Good value.
