My son went to find a gift for our grand daughters birthday party. He walked into INKA's at the Columbia Center Mall and the manager asked if she could help and he said he was just looking for a gift. She followed him around watching him, but he couldn't find anything he liked, so he went to leave the store and she snatched his hoodie out of his hands looking thru it like he stole it!! He told her it was his hoodie and when she realized it WAS his she finally gave it back to him!! No apology, just a HORRIBLE customer service experience. Never shopped there and now I NEVER will!!
