Absolutely dysfunctional, I called because the bus was 40 minutes late and wanted to make sure that everything was okay. The first time I called I could hear people talking in the background and then they just hung up on me. The second time I called a lady answered and I told her my road and she just said "the bus is delayed it'll be there" and hung up the phone on me. I can understand a bus being late, but I don't deserve to be treated to this way.
