Olympic Hot Tub

I have owned the Grandee tub from Olympic Hot tub for 3 years. There service and follow up is AMAZING. We struggled a bit in the beginning to get the water right - and both their sales and service dept did EVERYTHING they could to figure it out and fix it even after our warranty expired. Victoria (sales) is a great professional and knowledgeable sales person. Tamara in sales has helped me often and always has the BEST advice and takes perfect care of her customers. Don't buy a hot tub anywhere else! The sales and service experience here was flawless.
