Fir Lane Memorial Park & Funeral

They left us in the chappel on our own! No help what so ever! No one directed the family where to sit! No one at the door to greet and direct visitors! No prayer or having anyone say a few words! Completely disrespectful during the loss of our family member! I give No star rating and will have other family members write their experience of this day!!
