We’ve only lived here 2 months and sure it’s a great deal for a 2 bedroom but you get what you pay for. The apartment itself is nice, the staff is great, but the people that live here have no common courtesy for others and they’re LOUD. They let their kids play in the parking lot right outside of our unit, they scream all day and all night especially on the weekends, expect to hear children screaming and talking loudly outside of your window (it literally sounded like they were in my bedroom) until about 12:30-1am on the weekends AND week nights. The kids also run in and out of the car port through the cars, I’ve found child hand prints on my car so I no longer feel comfortable using the car port that I pay $30 for. My apartment also smells like weed throughout the day because of the people downstairs. On the weekends when maintenance isn’t here there’s litter everywhere from kids eating popcicles and candy and chips and sodas which will literally sit there until maintenance picks it up on Monday. I actually feel bad for Travis the maintenance guy because of all the stuff he has to clean up from other people. If rules were actually enforced here it might not be that bad but everyone does whatever they want. If you’re looking for a peaceful apartment this would not be for you.
