All I can say is Chuck is a horrible man. My family and I went there to get my very first car at age 17. He was seemingly nice but definitely a bit over the top, taking the persona of "I'm not your average dealer." Well he's certainly not. I bought a 2001 Legacy Sedan that he claimed had been completely rebuilt under the hood and everything was in perfect working condition. He refused to let my parents take the car to our mechanic just down the street, claiming his mechanics checked it and he and my parents' mechanic had a rivalry and he couldn't allow us to let him look at the car. We had been so deeply swindled by this man that we agreed to buy the car anyway. 6 weeks after buying the car I just couldn't get over the fact that something felt weird. I finally took it in to Dewey Griffin to have it checked by a Subaru Dealer. The car was back there 5 minutes before they took me back..... To tell me the car had been leaking oil and coolant for over a year. It was so bad the oil was caked on to everything under the car. The head gaskets had never been replaced. It turned out that just about everything under the hood had to be replaced. The receipt of repairs went on for 3 pages. Another $4000 later I had car I could actually drive. I didn't even have a battery tie down before Dewey. Chuck is the biggest liar, and I honestly can't even believe that a person would do that to someone else. Especially their first car experience. NEVER GO THERE. He's a despicable man.
