I usually go to the Woodinville store which is excellent however living in the south end I had to find somewhere closer. Unfortunately I came upon this shop. I've been there 3 times trying to get service. Each time they never seem to have time to help. Today I had a simple flat repair to which they asked if I could leave the car as it was going to be several hours.
Fortunately Discount Tires was right down the road, they had me in and out in about an hour and didn't charge me to boot.
Won't be coming back to this store again.
