Although I have complete trust in Dr.Koh and her thorough work, be warned of the incompetent front desk. The associate that takes care of the billing, and has the responsibility of financially taking care of the procedure, will screw you over (you can verbally confirm multiple times and she will say she doesn't recall anything). If you do receive treatment here, make sure you get everything in writing- to the very last detail! If this office continues to keep this associate, Renee, I say do your research and spare your energy from being angry over someone's inability to perform their job.
