The people at the front desk are always nice (though they have this "clique" thing about them when they aren't talking directly to you). I had Sally Edwards forever (loved her) until she retired and of course I got pinned with Knox (I had her once before and I told her I thought I had an ulcer; she treated me like one of those people whose just over paranoid then "humored" me by taking a test that came back positive) and long story short she made me cry. I'm convinced she's out of wack and on drugs because the next time I saw her she kept rattling on about how I should quit smoking right after I told her I was in the process of quitting. She continuously interrupted me when I spoke about worries I had with my thyroid (which was very sensitive because I had been feeling empty and depressed for a few months and had tongue discoloration). She then proceeded to look at my test results, wonder aloud why my old doc hadn't prescribed me thyroid meds, then told me she wouldn't prescribe me meds until she talked to my other doctor. I nearly broke down right then and there because she stomped out any hope that the problem would finally be solved. Then she sent in a prescription for an oral yeast infection to top foods even though the tongue discoloration wasn't the same color as a yeast infection and only happened about two days a month.Once again she made me feel like a child who was making up symptoms and whatnot. I think she's off her rocker and needs to undergo some reflection exercises on the way she treats people. I gave almost gave this three stars because the nurses are amazing but the fact that you have to pay monthly for membership now made them lose another star. The service is overpriced and mediocre; I do not recommend this place for anyone.
