I have been parking there for 10 years. Now suddenly they are under new management and changed the rules. I paid my monthly parking like normal last month and nobody told me anything was changing. This month 11/1/16 there was no parking attendant to pay so I took a picture of the sign that said how to pay and called the number. The number wanted me to pay an hourly rate, well I pay the monthly rate normally. I was going to go online and make an account but by 9:30am they already gave me a $25 ticket. No attendant there to take my monthly fee but you can have people there passing out tickets? There is urine from bums all over the stairwells as well, no security what so ever on staff anymore. The place has gone down hill!
