Shady and high pressured service department. Went In for minor repairs and the service depart found more issues of course and made each issue sound like it needed to be repaired immediately. Constantly saying this is a safety issue these are major safety issues including a small oil leak, as if they weren't going to let me take my car without all the repairs done. Took my car to Carter VW just a couple months early for a diagnostic test and they were much friendlier and way more straight up with each repair and time frame and priority of repairs. But do to my Job being in Everett I took my car to Pignataro for the repairs, my mistake. Carter VW will have all my business from now on.
