Today as I visited this shop there was 1 customer waiting and no employees anywhere. When a guy walked in he asked if anyone had an appointment and by that time there were 3 customers. rather than help anyone, he walked outside to have a cigarette. talk about lousy customer service! I noticed his attitude changed when all 3 said no to having an appointment. I found a far better deal, a far better price, far better customer service at 2122 19th Street-a few blocks away. I would not ever go to Marion's again. In years past when Marion was actually there, she was my favorite stylist. Now its just a name, crappy attitudes and lousy service!
