Everett Family Vision

We had an appointment at 515 and was not seen until 5:55. When I asked the front desk what was going on she said the tech was behind and it would asked if i would like to reschedule?!! I had already been waiting for over 25 minutes!! in the lobby with three small children including an unhappy toddler. NO apology about the wait time until my child's so called appointment was over.
