Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra

3 weeks ago my boyfriend and I recieved new cell phones with the excellent help from Jason J throughout the entire process. He chatted with us and made jokes which helped the process of getting new phones not as cringy as we all know it sometimes can be. Unfortunately we had to come back in today because one of the phones was having MAJOR issues. Jason was there again to help us and he contacted his manager Mari whom was actually out running errands and took the time out of her day off, to make sure we are being taken care of here at the store and gave her okay for us to have what we needed. Throughout all the frustration we have dealt with, this store goes above and beyond for their customers and rightfully deserve a 5 star rating.
