Horrendous communication with us when our couch and ottoman arrived. We had to call Elams and ask if our stuff had arrived for both items which it had because they gave us shipping dates. It took about a month for everything to show up which was fine. Then when the ottoman arrived the factory(Stanton) built the wrong one so after waiting a month for it originally its taken almost two months to get the right one and haven't heard any information in regards to it other than US calling Elams AGAIN to get some kind of time frame or any info. Which they still didn't have anything to tell us. Supposedly its going to arrive in about a week and a half according to Staton. I'm not a picky person but this stuff was ordered in October so I'm not holding my breath.
