Cole's Appliance Parts-Repair

I'm in the market for a new repair shop. These guys used to be so GREAT! I don't know what happened. Used to provide outstanding customer service. Now its all about the mighty buck. $70 bucks for a guy to come out. spent less than 10 minutes on the property (less looking at the refrigerator.) Only to tell my wife you must not be able to read these numbers on the knob... you had it adjusted wrong.... Ya cause I'm ignant right? Now two months later its acting up again. I called and told them... I'm told, well you can pay for another service call or do something else.. THANKS FOR NOTHING! - RUN AWAY AND DON'T LOOK BACK
