Talley's Auto Repair

Came in with an ailing F250. I was turned away at a competitor's shop because they were too busy. The owner at Talley's came out and inspected my vehicle and quickly found the issue, a leaking vacuum hose. He didn't have the right part but found a substitute and I was on my way. I'll go back ther when I need service in the future. Second event... Had a serious issue with the truck engine missing badly. Called to get the issue analyzed. She says: "I'm booking three weeks out at the moment". Not helpful, rather rude. Not going back.

The crew at Talley's did a great job on my car. They worked me into their schedule, and delivered my car back to me properly repaired, on time and for the amount quoted. Next time my car needs repair, I may just drive over the mountain to Talley's from Seattle to have the work done. Sounds like a great reason to goof off for a day in Chelan AND get some quality repair done on my car.
