Very helpful associates. They have all the newest phones, and are able to answer all questions. One of the clerks even let me play with his phone when I was having trouble with the display due to the security lock. I will be going back when I decide it’s time for a new phone.

Great service. Very knowledgeable. The lines can be unacceptably long (over an hour). I've been to a lot of Verizons, and the service here is consistently better than any other. Wren is the best. Wish Verizon wasn't so corporate though.
