This place is pretty bad. Every single time except once that I have tried to call over the past few months nobody answers. I've called five or six times in a row over the course of 15 minutes, on multiple occasions, and nobody answers the phone. If you go in, you will see that they might have one customer, and maybe someone sitting down. Really? You can't figure out how to quickly answer the phone and put someone on hold at least? They also NEVER have Hot n Ready pizzas. They have good prices, but their pizza is terrible. They put almost NO sauce on it at all, they don't cook it as much as it is supposed to be cooked like other Little Caesars do, and if you buy a cup of marinara for $1.00, they only fill it half way. This place didn't used to be so bad, but it has become horrible. The other two Little Caesars in the area are more expensive, but they are MUCH, MUCH better. Either go to one of the other stores, or better yet, just go to Dominos if you want a good, but cheap pizza.
Update:
This place is severely understaffed, and I place most of the blame on the owner. The staff does a horrible job of multitasking (won't answer the phone to put someone on hold if needed, even if they are slow), and won't greet a customer until they are finished doing whatever they're doing with their pizza, which sometimes takes a couple minutes or more.
However, it's hard to blame them when they are paid minimum wage and understaffed. It does suck when you are more stressed and putting up with more garbage than others in your industry due to an incompetent manager or owner, especially when you're paid the bare minimum in a less than desirable job. I can understand why there is absolutely no motivation.
Nonetheless, the staff does a bad job, while the owner and "manager" the do an even worse job, and there is a ton wrong with this store. If you don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes for a "hot-n-ready" and getting an extremely sub-par Little Cesar's pizza, then go ahead and eat here. But the stores in Sedro and Mt Vernon are infinitely better, and well worth the extra cost. This remains the worst Little Caesars, and worst pizza place period, that I have ever been to. And have have been to quite a few different Little Caesars and other pizza places.
