Case Farm Equipment was the last place I stopped when searching for a tractor implement. It will be the first place I go next time I need to expand my tractor needs. I had been to two other tractor stores in search of a garden bedder/hiller, both the other stores went to catalogs to try and help me. That meant ordering, waiting,service charges, and disappointment.
At Case Farm Equipment, I headed to the sales department, learning this from the previous two stores. The salesman their, his name was Dave, I think, knew what I was looking for and immediately started to show me the parts it would take to assemble the tool.
All in all a tool was designed that was versatile in that I can outfit it to be other tools. No pressure to buy the product, and Aaron was extremely helpful.
When I entered the store and made contact with the employees, I felt as though they treated me as their best customer. Though I had never been in this store before.
After the purchase, they helped me load my parts into my Matrix, thanked me, shook hands, and wished me well.
